*REVIEW* Beg by Eden Butler

REVIEW from Sassy Southern Girl - Victoria

4 stars
Eden Butler is truly a fantastic writer-and I was thankful for the second part of Kneel, which absolutely needs to be read first. Kneel ended in one of the biggest, cringeworthy (for iris!) cliffhangers I’ve read and I loved it. Beg picks up after Jamie’s debacle of a horrid decision, with the added turmoil from his family, band mates, and generally everything going down the drain for him. As Jamie searches for Iris, it’s no surprise that he turns back to alcohol to ease his emotional distress. As Jamie tries to envision his future, we’re left questioning the happy ever after we believe they deserve.
No one can make me cry like Eden Butler-and I’m so happy she does. The journey of redemption and the romance that is Iris and Jamie unfolded in such a moving, and emotional way, you’ll need tissues for sure. This really was a beautifully unique twist on the cliche rocker romance-and is a book I would surely reccomend to others
