5 Stars for Both Books
Craving Justice by Fiona Archer
Seth Justice grew up in Australia and was a runaway that was taken in by three other boys. When the four boys rescue a boy named Dillon Justice, their mom adopts the four boys and brings them all back to the US. Seth is now the creator of an app called Shazad which he is in the process of selling to Stanton Fox.
Harper Fox has long given up trying to get her father’s admiration. She owns her own café called Seven Dishes and loves what she does. When she meets Seth sparks fly and soon she finds herself spending the night with him.
When Seth’s social media accounts are hacked it is clear that someone wants to jeopardize the sale of Seth’s company. Could Harper be working with her father or is there someone else who wants to see the Justice brothers fail?
Can the brothers figure out who is behind everything before it is too late?
This is the first time I have read a book by the author and it definitely will not be my last! This book grabs you from the first page and doesn’t let go until the very end.
Seth was awesome and I loved every time you got a glimpse of the Aussie accent in the writing! He was very intelligent and also built and handsome! I loved that he was so hard working and loved his brothers and they really understood the concept of family. He did not have an easy go growing up and it shows on how he acts with certain things in the present.
Harper had her own difficulties growing up and she was insecure about her looks. She had to make it on her own with no help from her dad, that being said she did start off quite privileged. She was smart as well and I loved that she followed the dreams she had for herself and did not give in to what others expected from her.
The two had a hot and intense relationship with some BDSM elements. Their scenes together were definitely sizzling!!
There were so many twists and turns in this book and you had certain ideas about who you believed was behind things but then something would happen and you would be doubting yourself.
I loved all the brothers and I can’t wait to get to know all of them in more depth in the following books!
The ending completely shocked me and I can’t wait for the next book!
Tempting Justice by Fiona Archer
This is book two in the series and book one, Craving Justice, needs to be read first.
Detective Heath Justice is back on the force on after being forced to work desk duty. His new partner, Derek Shaw seems to be working out until he catches someone trying to break into Derek’s parents place.
London Shaw is an author who has decided to switch genres after writing YA and is now going to write a mystery book and she is researching how to break into a house when she is caught by Heath. Sparks fly between the two and Heath knows he has met his match in London.
When a body is found Heath knows he will be off the case as it has ties to his family and his brother, Adam is hired to dive further into the murder by the victim’s wife.
Then a fellow author is killed and London is linked to the murder. Can they prove London’s innocence?
As everything begins to get tied together will they be able to figure out the truth before it’s too late?
This book is another awesome book in the series! I am loving this series and I am hoping it carries on more than four books!
Heath is such a great character and a police officer who is sworn to protect but at the same time family comes first. He is put into protection mode the moment someone messes with London and that carries on through the book.
London was another awesome character and I loved her from start to finish. I hated what she went through in this book and I loved that she was an author who was switching genres and afraid to upset her readers.
The two have another intense relationship and again there are BDSM elements in it as well.
I loved the twists and turns and how everything carried on from the first book which keeps the reader wondering how deep this is going. The ending leaves you completely surprised and I was shocked at what was revealed!
I can’t wait for more!!
