*REVIEW* Intertwined by Sasha Brummer

REVIEW OF intertwined by Sasha Brummer

4 stars

I enjoyed this book. It kept me intrigued. The characters were easy to like. The storyline was very good. I will admit towards the end I was like what in the world? When was that info said in the book? The last chapters of the book are packed with secrets revealed. It is a cliff hanger book because I feel like some of the things said weren't addressed and answered. With that being said I would read more books in this series, and would recommend it to my friends.

In this story we have Liam, Wade and Isla. They have been friends for awhile. There's not to much with Wade in this story. Liam has some baggage. He lost his fiancé on her bachelorette party in Mexico. She had gone away for a weekend trip and ended up getting kidnapped and placed in to sex trade. When she was taken he pulled all his resources together and started a company to help women that were caught up in the sex trade/human trafficking. When he found her it was to late she was already dead. He feels like he can't really commit to another woman. Isla has issues of her own. Feeling as if she is alone and not worthy of love. Her family abandoned her when she was a baby and was stuck with a grandma that just wanted to have her committed. Isla excepts her relationship for what it is with Liam....sex with no strings. But things happen, and I mean some big things. Just when things are going good the most awful thing happen to Isla and she has to keep herself together to survive.
