*Review* of The Game Changer by Megan Ryder

5 Stars

The Game Changer is the the third book in the Knights of Passion Series and I was looking forwarding to reading this one. I really enjoyed the first two books. This book is about Dylan "Professor" Prosser the catcher for the Knights Baseball team.
Dylan is not sure where his future is going as a major league baseball player especially after the Knights season last year and his contract ends at the end of the season and management changes at the beginning of this season. When a stray dog comes around he knows he can't take care of it and takes it to the pound. That is where he meets Savannah. Her mission in life is to rescue dogs and makes a deal with Dylan to help him with the dog if he will keep the dog.

I love sports romance books and this one is definitely one I would recommend. Dylan comes off as a hard person and a loner who takes baseball was too seriously. Spending time with his new dog Sadie and Savannah shows him he really needs a life beyond baseball but can he open up his heart and let them in. Dylan has spend so much time keeping at bay because they want touse him for their own personnel gain it's hard to think Savannah is not wanting to use him too.

Savannah would love nothing more than to rescue every dog that came through the doors. Her dream is to one day open up a kennel and help dogs. She would never use Dylan and his status for her to reach this goal.
I loved how both Savannah and Dylan had passion and not just in the bedroom. This book was will written and I liked how the author included how baseball teams works.

This book had me hooked from the beginning. This can be read as a stand alone but I recommend reading the first two books.
