*REVIEW* Book Boyfriend by Claire Kingsley

5 Stars from Sassy Southern Girl Linda

This is the first book I have read by Claire Kingsley and I certainly not the last book I will read by her. Book Boyfriend is totally different than most of your romance books. Mia is a book nerd, certainly someone to would rather read than spend time with people. She also blogs about the books she reads and shares her love of books with her followers. She is awkward, clumsy and nervous around men. This has caused problems in her past relationships, that is until she meets Alex. He is a fantasy come true, a true book boyfriend come to life.

Alex is a writer who has found his niche' has a romance writer under a pen name of Lexi Logan. He never actually thought that writing romance novels could be so rewarding. He even has woman contacting him well actually Lexi about how much they love her  books and writing style. Hiding behind is computer and a pen name he becomes friends with Mia.

Over time Mia tell Lexi about her dates and how awkward and bad they are. When Alex accidentally runs into Mia at a bookstore and offers to take her to coffee he doesn't realize how and how fast he can fall for Mia. The problem is Mia is telling Lexi how great Alex is but she is really talking to Alex. How can he come clean without ruining everything between them.

I loved this story. Finally a story about a girl that a bookworm, as one myself I felt this could be me in more ways than one. Some of the characters in the book didn't understand her love for reading, and that is something I experience. I would recommend this book and look forward to reading more from this author.
