This is the first book I have read by Shanora and let me tell you it's a doozy. Right off the bat she gives you the case of the feels. Giving you a little back story of what's going on with the characters. Leaving you wondering what will happen next? When you think you have things figured out in the story she throws curve ball after curve ball. Putting you through one hell of a rollercoaster ride. She goes through great length in trying to make you understand the need these characters have to be together. Will it be Marley and Vinny or Marley and Lloyd? What will it take for these characters to finally have their happily ever after?
